Coke race, McDonalds Tour, E-tour, Quarter horse, E-Quarter horse.
Last-minute bag drop at the start on Saturday morning. Must drop bag by 6:30am. There is NO bag drop for Quarter Horse to Purgatory.
The road closes at Purgatory at 7:30am. Please allow 45 minutes to get past the road closure. We recommend leaving Durango by 6:45am. The road opens back up at 1:30pm.
There is no parking allowed at City Market. Limited parking is available on East 3rd Avenue between East 29th and East 32nd. Riders are encouraged to carpool or bike to the start line.
Parking and overnight parking the night before the event. Please start by parking at Silverton Visitor Center, Kendall Mountain Rec Center, and then public streets. Please do not park on the main street, in front of alleys, driveways, or in lanes of traffic.
Aid stations are located at The bottom of Shalona Hill, Haviland Lake, Purgatory Nordic Center, and Coal Bank Pass. They provide liquids and food but no mechanical support. Porta-potties are available at key points along the course.
Limited return transportation is available. Secure your ticket during registration. No return transportation is provided for the Quarter Horse event from Purgatory.
